The September issue of IPlants Magazine certainly makes for interesting reading with the results from the Trade Association Survey.
While most of the participation came from the United States I noticed that the statistics also included Australia and Zealand, represented by IPA!
Feedback is always valuable and the consensus from the survey was clear that while most are happy with the work their trade associations are doing, there is certainly room for improvement.
Thanks to your past feedback, we have no shortage of great ideas on how we can promote our industry and provide more resources for members, but as volunteers busy running our own businesses, are limited by the time that we can commit to making this happen. Many members have expressed a wish to help out for one-off projects and for this we are grateful! Stay tuned as we endeavour to turn these ideas into reality.
Speaking of resources, our suppliers are also great supporters of IPA and the industry in general. We’ve been featuring some of these amazing suppliers in recent newsletters and I believe we are lucky to have such a wide range of innovative products available, specifically designed to make our job easier. I find them always willing to listen to the challenges we face and help us find a solution! I would encourage you to take the time to see what each of them has to offer and get in touch.
Until next time..
