“One thing I’ve learned is that “plant people” are the same no matter where you go. I find that whenever I speak at a conference, I learn so much from those in attendance, and I enjoy trading information and tips with the people who join my sessions”.
Kathy is certainly an educator and informative speaker on all the topics she presented at the conferences. Her presentations were inspiring, fun, educational and delegates came away with notes, tips and information that they could apply immediately to their business.
If you haven’t already purchased Kathy’s books The Manual of Interior Plantscaping” published by Timber Press; “Green Plant Care Tips for Techs then I would suggest you do so!
Even though you are a professional in your field you can still learn something new!
You will learn in ‘The Manual of Interior Plantscaping’ how to design for many of the major types of interiorscape projects such as living green walls, container displays, atriums, indoor gardens, and more. In addition to learning about the basic principles needed to create a successful interiorscape design, you will also be exposed to tried-and-true information on pest and disease prevention, plant nutrition, proper pruning, and watering technique.
