Serving on a committee offers great professional opportunities, but many still shy away from adding one more task to their career plan because they worry about the time commitment of serving on a committee. We get it – everyone is time poor!!

These are fair considerations, but the challenges are well outweighed by the experiences and professional growth it can provide. As you decide whether a committee role is right for you, here are some frequently asked questions

To provide education, support, mentoring and information to the interior plantscape industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. Network, promote and raise awareness about the health benefits of indoor plants to Government, media, business and public sectors.

Meetings are usually held for 1 hour once a month and then it is entirely up to you how many hours that you are prepared to give per week, it can be as little as 1 hour per week or up to 3 hours per week. Most of the daily running of the association is the responsibility of the CEO.
Absolutely – All you have to do is ask! (There are no silly questions)
3rd Thursday of every month. All meetings are held via Zoom.
